This dual degree program requires three and one half years of study divided between the School of Law (LAW) and the Department of International Relations. A study of international relations and law prepares students for careers in national governments or international agencies, international negotiation, and human rights organizations. Students, please note that admission into this dual degree program requires separate admissions decisions by the Department of International Relations and LAW. These decisions are based on one complete application to LAW. Students who are admitted by LAW and not the Department of International Relations have the option to pursue a degree in LAW. Students who are not admitted by LAW will not be considered by the Department of International Relations.
